Swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, and oxidation — removed through machine polishing at your location. Your paint restored to the clarity it should have.
What most people call "scratches" are actually imperfections in the clear coat — the transparent layer on top of your color paint. Machine polishing removes a thin, controlled amount of clear coat to eliminate the defects living there.
The result: paint that looks clear, deep, and glossy — like it did before years of automatic car washes, improper washing, and sun exposure dulled it.
The level of correction depends on the severity of defects in your paint. We'll assess before recommending.
Light swirl removal and gloss enhancement. Great for newer or well-maintained vehicles with minor surface imperfections. Quick, affordable, noticeable improvement.
Cut stage to remove deeper defects, followed by a refining stage for gloss. Removes 70–90% of swirls, scratches, and water spots. The right choice for most vehicles.
For heavily oxidized or neglected paint. Multiple compounding and polishing stages to restore paint with heavy defects. Often combined with ceramic coating for full protection.
Full exterior wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar treatment. The paint must be clean and free of embedded contaminants before polishing begins.
We inspect under proper lighting to identify defect severity and determine the right correction approach. This is where we assess how many stages are needed.
Using a dual-action or rotary polisher, we work panel by panel with the appropriate compound and pad combination to remove the defects from your clear coat.
A final refining polish leaves the paint smooth and high-gloss. At this stage the paint is ready for a coating, wax, or sealant to protect the correction.
Paint correction removes defects that are within the clear coat. If a scratch has gone through the clear coat and into the color layer or primer, it can't be polished out — those require touch-up paint. We'll tell you honestly what can be corrected and what can't during our inspection.
A single-stage polish usually takes 3–5 hours. A two-stage correction is typically a full-day job — 6 to 8 hours. Multi-stage correction on a heavily oxidized vehicle may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate before we start.
Yes — we recommend it. Ceramic coating locks in the current condition of your paint. If you coat over swirl marks and scratches, they'll be preserved under the coating. Correcting first ensures you're protecting paint that's in the best possible condition.
Paint correction removes the defects permanently — but your paint will accumulate new swirls over time if washed with automatic car washes or improper technique. Protecting the correction with a ceramic coating or sealant is the best way to maintain the results.
Yes — we're fully mobile. We come to your home, office, or any location in the Phoenix Valley. For paint correction, we prefer a shaded or covered area for best results and consistent lighting during the polishing process.
